Overview
Jenni Jo Carisco is the older of Celectra’s twin daughters and one of the most emotionally attuned young listeners on Ares. At seven years old in Book 4, she experiences resonance as a feeling — warmth, pressure, brightness, unease — long before she can articulate the underlying patterns. Her bond with Ripple is immediate, instinctive, and foundational to her development.
By Book 5, at fourteen, Jenni becomes a stabilizing force within the Resonance Stewardship Program, specializing in emotional-harmonic modulation.
Physical Description
Jenni has Celectra’s expressive eyes and Jaxon’s warm, open smile. She moves with a soft, instinctive awareness of her surroundings, often leaning into resonance rather than analyzing it. Her posture is relaxed, her gestures vivid and unfiltered.

Story Overview (non-spoiler)
Jenni’s arc centers on emotional resonance — understanding what others feel, and learning how to stabilize harmonic fields through empathy. She becomes one of the first children to work formally with Galinstanians in the Stewardship Program, representing a generation for whom integration is not a challenge to overcome but a reality to nurture.
Book 3 — Birth and Early Bonding
Jenni is born during the events of Book 3. She is named after her biological grandmother (jinni) and Amerigo’s middle name (giorgio). Even as an infant, she responds strongly to Celectra’s EM field and to the presence of Galinstanians.
Book 4 — The Four Rivers Resonance
At seven years old, Jenni has known Ripple for five years. She remembers none of Ripple’s arrival, but she knows the story — the collapse, the migrating cluster, the moment she and Xara reached for Ripple and Ripple reached back. Jenni’s sensitivity allows her to detect emotional-harmonic shifts before adults notice them. She plays a small but meaningful role in the Great Resonance, providing stabilizing pulses during moments of instability.
Book 5 — Stewardship and Emotional Resonance
At fourteen, Jenni becomes a junior member of the Resonance Stewardship Program. She specializes in emotional-harmonic stabilization and works closely with Ripple and Xara. Her arc centers on learning to trust her instincts while developing the discipline needed for planetary stewardship.
